Mirabel is a large farm house typical of the area, but built on a rather more grand scale. The location is ideal for a perfect holiday or vacation, as it is surrounded by open country, mainly planted with forest, sunflowers and fruit trees. Roads are minor and little used, but offer direct access to interesting towns, villages and Bastiles.
Mirabel has been brought right up to date with comfort and convenience in mind, yet retaining the feel of the origins of the maison. |

The self contained apartment has its own entrance, leading to the ground floor amenities.
The Grange, a large comfortable space complete with large double doors that open to connect with the warm summer breezes. For the colder months a wood burning stove together with under floor heating.
Shower room and separate laundry, with washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities and general household equipment, leads to the kitchen.
The kitchen/diner is equipped with an oven, 4 burner hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee maker, all items as new. Fully equipped with utensils for the 4 place diner. A radio CD player is provided.
Comfortable chairs, cabinets, books and board games and open access to the rear courtyard with barbeque, make this a most enjoyable part of the apartment.
Upstairs there is an evening lounge and comfortable places to read or just enjoy the peaceful evenings.
This leads into the master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with Bidet, WC, power shower and basin.
Bed Linen and towels are provided.
The upstairs floor of an old grain storage barn has been converted to a dedicated cinema, complete with suitable lighting, 4 metre wide screen and a powerful 7 speaker surround sound system. Comfortable seating ensures a more than usually enjoyable viewing experience
