| A deposit of 30% is required at the time of reservation, with the balance being due 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. For bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to arrival, the total amount must be paid immediately. |
| A security (damages) deposit is also required of 200 Euros, which must be paid on or before arrival. This will be refunded, less any deductions for damages, at the end of the holiday. |
| In high season, the rental period is Saturday 17:00 to Saturday 10:00. In low season, more flexible dates may be available, please enquire. |
| There will be an additional daily charge for heating, when it is required. |
| Smoking is not allowed in the buildings. |
